  • Is There A Dress Code?
    Although there is no formal dress code, we expect most guests to adhere to a smart casual attire.
  • Is There Parking On Site?
    We do have free onsite parking and overspill parking available on the sidings.
  • Do You Cater For Vegetarians And Vegans?
    Twenty 1 does offer vegetarian dishes which can be found on the Menus page. Also vegan options are available.
  • Do You Cater For Allergens And Food Intolerances?
    Due to the nature of our menu, cuisine style and cooking methods we cannot always cater to allergies or food intolerances. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies please let our waiting staff know.
  • Do You Cater For Halal?
    All of our meat is certified as Halal. Certificates from our suppliers.
  • Do You Allow Children At Twenty 1
    Yes.
  • Do I Have To Use My Voucher In One Go?
    Yes. Our vouchers are only redeemable once and the entire value must be redeemed when you decide to use it.
  • Are You Dog Friendly?
    Unfortunately, we only allow guide dogs and special assistance dogs on site at Twenty 1. Certification for which will need to be shown to a member of our team. Please contact us directly when booking so we can ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.
  • Can We Walk-In To Dine Or Visit The Bar?
    Twenty 1 operates a walk in and bookings policy with a minimum 24hr notice period on bookings; this is so that we can plan, prep and execute service as smoothly as possible. We recommend to book in advance on our busier periods Friday and Saturday.
  • The Reservations Website Is Asking For My Card, Is There A Booking Fee?
    We do not take a reservation fee when you book. Our system holds card details securely in keeping with our no-show and late cancellation policies. If you no-show on your confirmed booking or cancel within 24hrs we reserve the right to charge the card on file £10pp.
  • If I’m Running Late Will You Hold My Table?
    We understand that booking times are sometimes hard to adhere to. In the event that you are late, we will hold the table for 15 minutes after your scheduled arrival time; after which you may be charged a no-show fee. If you are going to me more than 15 minutes late, please call us directly and we will be happy to hold your table without charge. However, the lateness time will come off the duration of your dining experience with us.
  • Is There A Cancellation Fee?
    We do not charge for cancellations processed or communicated with ourselves over 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations processed within 24 hours of the booking time are subject to charges at the discretion of the management.
  • I’m Trying To Book A Table But I’m Limited To 8 Guests.
    In order to maintain service standards we have limited our booking system to only accept groups of 8 on Friday and Saturday. If you require a booking for more than 8 guests on a Friday or Saturday there shall be a minimum spend of £50pp which can be used towards food or drinks, please contact us directly.
  • Can We Bring Our Own Cake?
    Guests are welcome to bring their own cake for a special celebration which will be presented to the table by a member of staff. Guests are not permitted to use their own cake to substitute any part of the dining experience. Twenty 1 holds no responsibility for damage or loss of any outside products brought onto the site by guests, nor does it hold any responsibility for any adverse reactions as a consequence of consuming guest-provided products.
  • How Long Should I Plan To Be At Twenty 1?
    Tables up to 7 guests 90 minutes Table of 8 guests and above 2hrs
  • Do you have disability access and are you wheelchair friendly?
    Yes.
  • Do you have baby changing facilities?
    Yes.
